10% Tax and 15% Service Charge
are added to all rates
Modified American Plan: Breakfast and dinner, is $39 per adult.
Children under 12 - $28. A 15% service charge is added to all
food and beverage charges.
Children 12 years and younger
are free in parent's accommodation - max 2 (Not available in
Deluxe Rooms). Additional adults (12 years and older) are $20
each per night.
All accomodations are
air-conditioned and consist of Rooms with queen bed, shower
and toilet facilities with a deck overlooking the beach. The
Suites have a queen bed and bathroom on the upper floor
and lounge with deck overlooking the sea on the lower level.
The Deluxe Rooms and Upper Suites are newly constructed
and very luxurious, with king beds, shower/bath and toilet facilities.
They have wonderful views over the Sea of Abaco, especially at
sunset from your private balcony. The Villas have a queen
bed and bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area in the
main villa plus up to two satellite queen size bedrooms each
with its own bathroom. All villas have their own deck overlooking
the beach and sea. All of the Upper Suites and most of the Suites
and Villas have a sofa bed. If twin beds, or a sofa bed are required,
they must be requested at the time of booking.
Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation
Policy:
.Three night minimum stay required. 15 day cancellation or three
night penalty.

If you wish to make a confirmed
reservation, we will require a FAX with your credit card
number, name on the card plus the expiration date. FAX Number
(242) 365-4248.
We will also need a statement
on your fax that you understand and accept our cancellation policy
which is that you must cancel at least 21 days prior for Christmas
and New Year or 15 days prior during the rest of the year. Any
and All cancellations received after these dates will not be
entitiled to a refund.
Confirmations: We will contact you by phone, fax or
email if we can confirm your dates and requested accomodations.
This will include a confirmation number. Your reservation
is not valid until you receive this confirmation number
