Rental Policies
A ten percent discount is offered on any booking of four weeks or more. Fall Discounts: We offer great discounts between the U.S. Labour Day and Thanksgiving holidays, inquire. 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy is sixty days in advance of arrival for full refund of deposit. We regret that we do not accept credit cards, although many local shops and restaurants do. Cashiers check or Bank Draft appreciated.
