The ground floor has two guest rooms with adjoining full size bath, one queen and one with twin beds. 

Recreation room, washer/dryer, and outdoor pool table are also on the ground floor. 

The second floor has a great room, open concept well-equipped kitchen, master suite with full bath and queen bed, opening onto a wraparound deck. It is an octogon shaped home with patio doors from most rooms to the deck. Several TV's, stereo and gas barbeque, layalong dock of about forty feet. Rates vary with season. 1600 sq ft accommodates up to six persons.
