The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher and microwave and opens onto another patio with a gas BBQ and table for outdoor dining.

The living/ dining area is colorfully decorated, open-plan with French doors opening onto a large patio and the lovely ocean view. 
 
The main floor guest room has twin beds, ensuite bath and T.V.. Upstairs is a lovely master suite with patio, and a second guest room, both with queen beds, ensuite baths and T.V. The boat slip is minutes away and can take up to a 65' boat on a finger pier with power and water. Golf cart provided at no extra charge.

Rates vary with season. This 2200 sq ft home accommodates up to six people, (excluding utilities for a large boat).
