A full bath, utility room with washer/dryer and exercise room with Stairmaster, and weight rack complete the main floor. French doors open on to the furnished covered veranda from every room.

The second floor is comprised of a luxurious master suite with full bed, features his and hers walk-in closets, ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. Rosewood cabinetry, granite countertops and marble tile add touches of luxury to the master bath.

Rates vary with season. The "Douglas Villa" accommodates up to six people. An additional charge for excessive electrical power usage in the home will be imposed over and above the norm at the billable rate.
