Utility Services are underground, and water, electricity, telephone and satellite T.V. are provided to the individual lot lines.  

An easement on one side of each lot allows for utility services to be brought to the boat slip. 

A perfect location for your second home, vacation home or primary residence for those fortunate enough to retire early.

Enjoy panoramic views and seabreezes while keeping an eye on your boat docked right in front of your house. 

The roads are paved, roadside lighting installed, and basic landscaping to the overall site is completed. Entranceways and  common areas are also completely landscaped. 
                  
Rental services, and related housekeeping can be provided for the members by the Club office. 

Sorry but live-aboards are not allowed on boats in the Club waterway.
