The Green Turtle Club is the Abaco's only member of the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs gourmet society. Dinners, by reservation only, are elegant yet informal. The seafood is fresh and the steaks are prime, with fare ranging from gourmet to traditional cuisine. A typical choice of entree may be broiled lobster, veal francese and prime rib.

The four-course dinners of soup, salad, entree and desert are prepared with Bahamian flair and elegantly presented in ample servings. Breakfast and lunch are served on the covered patio overlooking the scenic harbor.
