Shanell Adderley, a top culinary student at the Bahamas Hotel Training College, has joined the Green Turtle Club for a 3 month internship under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Michael Howell. Shanell has been keeping her camera close at hand in the Kitchen for photos of all the delicious and attractive creations she has been learning with Chef. When not in the kitchen, Shanell likes to spend her time drawing and writing poems which she hopes to one day have published.
