This charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits on a lovely beach with the Atlantic Ocean feet from your door. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living area and screened in porch.

Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with a queen bed in one and bunk beds in the other with a double below and a single on top. There is also a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The house has central air, ceiling fans throughout, cd player, satelitte tv and vcr.

The house is located in the middle of the island, about 10 minutes to the village by golf cart and 10 minutes to the dive shop and Green Turtle Club. There is a public dock on black sound where you can tie up a rental boat which is about 3 minutes from the house.

The rate is $2000 per week for up to 6 people.
