Our newest rental property is a very roomy 4 bedroom 4 bathroom private home situated overlooking Black Sound Harbor, the village of New Plymouth & Treasure Cay.

Air-conditioned throughout, downstairs offers a very large kitchen with ice maker, dish washer, fridge/freezer and everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or just pop some popcorn and sit back and relax and watch a movie or go out onto the porch and watch the sunset. You can also grill up your catch-of-the-day on Key Lime's gas bar-b-que.

The living room has satelitte tv and vcr and the dining room table can accomodate a large family.There is one bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and sitting area with a bathroom en-suite, with a 2nd bathroom off the living room. The dining room, living room and bedroom all lead out onto the screened-in porch where you can sit back and watch your boat tied up to the dock or relax and watch the local boat traffic.

Upstairs has a master bedroom with a living area, wet bar, kitchenette, king size bed and bathroom en-suite. The bedroom next to it has a king bed and living area with another bedroom off with 2 single beds and a bathroom. There is another large screened in porch off of the master bedroom and the other bedroom with great views of the village.
There is also another deck that is used as a sun deck that is upstairs.

The property comes with it's own private dock at no additional charge. Electricity is $20 per day.

The rate is $4000 per week up to 8 people.
