VIEW POINT is located at the edge of the historic settlement of New Plymouth, on Green Turtle Cay,Abaco, Bahamas. It is situated on the crest of a hill, at the head of the Harbour. The westward-facing lends way to the most spectacular sunsets on your 2000 square foot, wrap-around porch. Moonlit nights offer a very romantic setting! A front porch with unsurpassed views of the settlement - with the Sea of Abaco as your back drop. You can also enjoy this view on your very own porch swing.

VIEW POINT was designed to blend with the historic settlement. This 1500 square foot, Salt Box-style home was completed in December 2003. This beautiful home is a split-plan with three bedrooms, two baths, and ten foot ceilings with central heat and air. All rooms are cross ventilated to maximize the tropical breezes of the island. Master suite has a queen-size bed, full bath, cedar-lined walk-in closet plus sitting area overlooking the Harbour and Sea of Abaco. Additional bedrooms have double beds and sitting areas.

Due to the Home's Elevated Setting, it is Not Suitable for Small Children. No Smoking inside & No Pets,Please.

Getting Here: From Treasure Cay airport (TCB),take 4 minute taxi ride to the ferry dock where the Green Turtle Ferry takes you to Green Turtle Cay. Tell the Boat Captain you are staying at VIEW POINT. He will take you to the settlement of New Plymouth where Island Property Management will meet you at the boat and take you to your dream vacation home. They will acquaint you with your new vacation home, and will answer any questions that you may have while you are there.We hope you will enjoy your vacation.

This house rents for $1700 per week for up to 4 people. Additional people (maximum of 2), $150 / week.
