Located on a quiet lane in the Cay's White Sound area near the Green Turtle Club and Marina, this villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the Club but close enough to conveniently enjoy its amenities. Fairwinds is air conditioned and sports a new screened porch that overlooks the lane where you can enjoy a meal, a book or watch for a bathing beauty on the occasional golf cart. Or just plain relax after a hard day's fishing, diving or beach-combing.

This private two bedroom-2 bath  villa offers all the comforts of home. It's two large bedrooms open up onto the screened porch, both having two queen beds and full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped, and even includes its own bread maker. For your enjoyment, the villa is also equipped with a TV-VCR and cd player. Not far from Fairwinds ( a 10 min. golf cart ride ) is the historic village of New Plymouth, where you can enjoy  the native restaurants, grocery stores and the local museum. The island is famous for its snorkeling, fishing and white sandy beaches.

Fairwinds is available for $1200 per week. Rates are based on four people. Extra persons are $125.00 per week.
