Sandy Bay House is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Green Turtle Cay, Gillam Bay. The beach is renowned for its smooth white sand and calming turquoise water. It is known locally as "Shell Beach". Sand dollars, conchs, and shells of every color decorate the ocean floor. The house is just a 10 minute walk to the historic downtown area of New Plymouth, where you can enjoy the local restaurants, museum, gift shops, and grocery stores. Overlooking the
Atlantic Ocean's Gillam Bay, the
upstairs 2-bedroom apartment has a large open living area with
kitchen and dining room. There are three sets of french doors
leading onto a 12 foot wide by 40 foot long screened in porch
presenting a breath-taking panoramic view of Gillam Bay. This
gives the entire house a bright and airy feel and an uninterrupted
view of the sea. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest room is furnished with two queen size beds. Each bedroom contains a bathroom en-suite that has a large shower. The kitchen will please even a gourmet cook with its Corian countertops, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, electric glass-top stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is a gas BBQ grill outside. The home is also equipped with telephone, television and VCR, and is centrally air-conditioned. |

Casual elegance remains the theme in the downstairs one-bedroom apartment, which provides more beautiful views from the living room and fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room contains a pull-out sofa bed and french doors that lead out to the large deck - a perfect place to relax with a drink as you watch the evening tide roll in and out. The bedroom has a king size bed that looks straight out onto the sea, another set of french doors leading to the deck, and en-suite bathroom. The apartment is centrally air-conditioned and luxuriously decorated and furnished. |

Rates: Please note that the rates listed are based on 4 people for the 2-bedroom apartment and 2 people for the 1-bedroom apartment. Additional people are $100 each per week.    |
