Oleander is a 2,500 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining-room and living area with central air- conditioning. It overlooks White Sound Harbour and sits on an acre of lush property.

Near enough to the Green Turtle Club and Marina to enjoy it's amenities, but well enough away from the bustle of the hotel and it's marina life, Oleander is unusually spacious.

The great room and the bedrooms of this home have french doors that open up onto a sun deck, well furnished for the sunbathers, star gazers or just to view the activities of the busy harbour. All three of the bedrooms have full baths and are furnished with a king and 2 queens. The U-shaped kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, an electric stove and dish washer. This home is well supplied with amenities and "creature comforts" including TV-VCR, cable, telephone, washer-dryer and all linens. Not far from Oleander (10 min. by golf cart) is the historic village of New Plymouth, where you can enjoy the native restaurants, grocery stores and the local museum. The island is famous for its fabulous snorkeling, fishing and white sandy beaches.

This villa rents for $ 2,400.US per week or $ 6,000 US per month. Rates are based on six adults, children under 12 years are free. Rates slightly higher during holiday periods - please inquire. Extra persons are $100 per week.
