Sandy Bay is on one of the most beautiful locations on the island of Green Turtle Cay, Gillam Bay. This beach is renowned for it's white sandy beach and water that goes from turquoise, to teal to aqua blue. It is also known locally as "shell beach", and everyday you will see people combing the shore line for sand dollars and shells of every color.

The upstairs has a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining room .There are 3 french doors that lead off this room onto a 12 foot wide and 40 foot long screened in porch. This gives the interior of the house a bright and airy feel and an uninterrupted view of the sea.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest room is furnished with two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom en-suite that has a large shower.

The kitchen will please even the most gourmet cook , it has corian counter-tops throughout, side by side fridge/freezer, an electric glass top stove, dishwasher and a washer/ dryer.

There is also a gas BBQ grill outside . The home also has a telephone , tv and vcr and is centrally air conditioned.

If you need more bedrooms for guests there is a one bedroom guest apartment downstairs. The downstairs apartment has a living area/fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a pull out sofa bed, and french doors that lead out onto the deck .The bedroom has a king size bed that looks straight out onto the sea and en-suite bathroom and french doors leading onto the deck. It is centrally air conditioned and luxuriously decorated and furnished.

This property is approximately a 10 minute walk to the historic town of New Plymouth, where you can enjoy the local restaurants, grocery stores, local museum and gift shops.

This property rents for $3,200 per week or you can rent the two bedroom top floor alone for $2,200 per week and the lower 1 bedroom floor for $1,200 per week. The rate for the upper floor is based on 4 adults and the lower floor is based on 2 adults. Children under 12 stay free, extra adults are $100 each per week.
