Getting Around Villa Poincianna

The Villa is only 50 feet from shore, secluded in woods, so you don't have far to walk to the shore or your dock and boat. This helps assure a regular cool breeze from the sea. And it's surrounded by a dense forest preserve, so you'll have all the privacy you could want. Sunrise from the upper deck Spectacular View The view is spectacular! It is said to be one of the best views (and cool tropical breezes!) in the area. From the upper floor inside or upper deck outside, you stand just above the tree-tops. From there you can see many miles around you. And because the Villa presents an eastern view between two outer islands, we get a regular ocean breeze, wonderful sun rises, and truly spectacular views for many miles around the surrounding area.
